Asotas1 is a family owned and operated business specialising in the end to end management of your property for short-stay and vacation on Airbnb and other short term rental sites
For first time property letters it is important you voice any concerns or apprehensions you may have. We will work with you to set the rules, boundaries and expectations for your property to keep your mind at ease whilst we make you some money! We are with you from Day One
PRICING
Our management fee is purely based on the occupancy of your property so you will only be charged if you have guests staying.
Additional travel charges will apply if your property is located within the Lotofaga, Aleipata, Falelatai or Falealili districts and on the islands of Savaii, Apolima or Manono.
A fortnightly/monthly maintenance routine check and clean can also be arranged at additional cost.
Already a host? Not a problem - we offer "co-hosting" services to existing members whom only require our management services whilst away for shorter periods of time

Consult
An initial consultation is arranged to gauge your vision for your property use during your absence.
Access
Arrange collection of property keys
Listing
Photography, diary management and listing of your property on Airbnb and other short stay sites
Screening
Screening of potential guests with verified and valid ID checks as well as Airbnb user reviews to ensure they are suited to your occupancy requests
Cleaning
A thorough clean of inside your property prior to your guests arriving and after their departure. Garden maintenance has an additional fee and is only undertaken at your request
Inhost Services
We treat your home like our own and your guests are our guests. We will meet your guests in house, run through a check and house rules, ensure they are comfortable and also provide further inhouse visits for long stay guests. Our service will be personable for both you the client and our guests.
